By using chatrut.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these terms.

1. Account

• Quick signup: username only (you can add an email later)
• You are responsible for the security of your account
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass rate limits is forbidden
• Accounts may be suspended for suspicious activity
• Users under 13 are not allowed

2. Forbidden content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance
• Pornographic / explicit sexual content (other than recognized art and education)
• Copyright infringement — film, TV, or music you don't own
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge porn, deepfakes
• Violence, terrorism propaganda, hate speech
• Malware, phishing, scams
• Content that constitutes a crime under applicable law
• Spam, automated messaging, fake account creation

3. AI-generated content

• The platform's AI features (Grok, DeepSeek, Claude) are tools only — final responsibility for content you publish lies with you
• Always exercise judgment when posting AI-generated content
• Generating images / video of real people without consent (deepfakes) is forbidden

4. Intellectual Property

• Content you upload belongs to you. The platform takes only a storage + distribution license
• If you delete your account, your content is deleted and the license terminates
• For AI-generated content, the provider's terms apply (Grok outputs are typically free-licensed)

5. Limits

• Text: 5000 characters
• Image: 12 MB
• Video: 2.5 GB / up to 2 hours HD
• Hourly: 30 posts, 100 comments, 50 follows, 200 DMs (free tier)
• AI: 60 text, 30 image, 10 video / hour

6. Disclaimer

• The platform is provided "as is" — no uptime guarantee
• No liability for data loss, moderation errors, or AI output errors
• Service may be suspended or terminated without prior notice

7. Governing Law

Turkish law applies. Courts of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
