Community Guidelines

For chatrut to remain a sustainable space, please follow these basic rules:

1. Respect

• Insults, slurs, and personal attacks are forbidden
• Discrimination based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or ethnicity is forbidden
• Argue, but don't demean

2. Truthfulness

• Sharing knowingly false information (disinformation) is forbidden
• When posting "expert advice" on health, finance, or law, cite your source
• Clearly label realistic AI-generated content (deepfakes, etc.)

3. Content quality

• Spam, automated repetition, and unrelated link bombing are forbidden
• Clickbait headlines and fake badges are forbidden
• Accounts that post the same text 5+ times will be temporarily silenced

4. Privacy

• Sharing someone's private info (phone, address, ID) without permission is forbidden (no doxxing)
• Don't share someone's image without consent (especially minors)
• Don't leak DM contents without permission

5. Tags and categories

• Mark 18+ content (art, education, health) with the adult tag
• Prefix spoilers with the "spoiler" hashtag
• Add a warning to sensitive / violent imagery
